Thank you for taking the time and decision in choosing Stephen Prince Podiatry as your podiatry practice.

To book an appointment please fill out/complete the following fields with the required information. Please also click the consent to contact box so we can confirm and streamline your booking and appointment process. (Consent to contact – None of your personal information will be shared with any third party. You are allowing our practice to make contact directly with you with regards to your appointments and bookings.)

On confirmation of the appointment booking, all new patients will be sent documentation/links from where patient forms can be printed out. These documents should be printed then completed and brought with you to your first appointment in hard copy. This will ensure you maximise you consultation time with the podiatrist.

Your first appointment/consultation will be approximately 45min. We schedule longer appointments as to try and fully assess our patients in a calm and unrushed manner, giving patients the opportunity to ask questions and receive top level patient focused care.

Your fee for the first appointment includes general treatment, if it can be performed on the day during your allocated consultation time (an additional fee is chargeable if local anaesthesia is required or if any products are dispensed)

A first consultation/visit or a return consultation after a 6 month or longer period will be £79.

Fees for follow up consultations (if necessary) can/will be discussed at your first visit, as often shorter consultations would be suitable for many treatment management plans requiring further or on going visits.
